Zero Trust IT (ZT IT) Cookie Policy

Zero Trust IT (ZT IT) Refund Policy

1.    Customer satisfaction - We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Zero Trust IT are refundable according to our guidelines. 
2.    Restrictions – The following restrictions applies:
•    If your purchase is past 7 days.
•    If you have watched more than 5 videos on the Zero Trust IT platform.
•    Final or Discounted Sale 
3.    Discounted refunds – In the above 3 cases any refund is discretionary and initial payment may attract a discount. 
4.    Our Commitment - While our 7-day refund policy is to allow students to learn hitch-free, we must also protect our partners from hardship and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule. 
5.    Method of Refund – We will re-issue a refund by check to debit cards, and issue platform credits for credit card payments. 
6.    Final Sale – All discounted courses are final sale. All AfterPay, Affirm or other credit payments are final sale, and not subject to refunds. 
How to submit a refund request
Send an email to support@zerotrustinit.com – stating the reason for the refund and date of purchase. Allow up to 14 days for refunds to be approved.
